You’ve done it all; planned the most perfect day, now it’s time for you to sit back, relax, and enjoy this most special day. With my day of coordination packages we will be there to make sure every little detail you’ve planned is executed perfectly. Our services include: Our lead coordinator (Megan), set-up of decor, management of vendors, day of timeline, rehearsal assistance, ceremony assistance, main point person the day of the event, and so much more. I highly recommend this for the main reason that you (as the bride) should NOT have to worry about a thing the day of your wedding.
How is this different than the Venue Manager?
The Capitol Room will always have a venue manager on staff the day of your event (even if you book our Coordination services). Your venue manager is responsible for turning on/off the lights, turning up/down the heat/AC, leading the charge on the ceremony to reception changeover and assisting other Capitol Staff and Vendors on their duties. The Venue Manager doesn’t handle lighting candles, decorating, tearing down decor, etc.
Do you provide any decor?
Yes, we have many package options to fit your budget and for how hands on or off you’d like to be. Design and Coordination rates are based on the amount of guests/tables you’ll need for your wedding/event. Please inquire about more in-depth pricing. Coordination needs to be book 3-6 months prior to your wedding day.
